I'm not close to this or anything, but this article was an interesting read. One that I understand about a million times more now than I would have before.
Do you worry about any conference with the acronym NUT?
Personally and professionally I have to admit that teaching is a highly stressful occupation. It's scary to think about all the cut backs this year, and the added stress it will cause!

The real question is, what is the solution? How do we change the system so that teachers don't feel unnecessary stress?
